Will Wohlford

wohlford.jpgMr. Wohlford pactices in the areas of general civil litigation, commercial law, and labor and employment law. His commercial law practice generally focuses on creditors rights and disputes involving the Uniform Commercial Code.

Will's labor and employment law practice centers mainly around employment law related disputes including those arising under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Civil Rights Act, Employment Retirement Income Security Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act. He also provides representation for clients with regard to various state law and common law claims related to employment.

In his civil litigation practice, he deals with disputes concerning a broad range of substantive issues from personal injury to oil and gas issues to general business and commercial litigation. Will has also been involved in representation of clients in intellectual property disputes including patent litigation.
