 Mr. Theis maintains a general corporate practice, which includes setting up new corporations and limited liability companies, handling mergers and acquisitions and structuring and executing real estate transactions. Roger also has extensive experience representing banks in reorganizations, merger transactions, and restructurings involving bank holding companies.
