Ryan M. Peck

Mr. Peck is a trial lawyer, with an emphasis in the areas of general civil litigation, commercial litigation, and employment and labor law. He represents businesses and individuals in federal and state court in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation.

In the area of labor and employment law, Ryan represents employers and employees in disputes arising under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Civil Rights Act, Employment Retirement Income Security Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, state law wrongful discharge claims, as well as many other employment and labor law related issues.
