Mr. Overman heads the Firm's Labor and Employment Law Department. Over the past 30 years he has become known for his representation of employers in labor and employment litigation before a wide range of courts, administrative agencies, and labor arbitrators within and beyond the State of Kansas. He also represents employers in labor negotiations and before the NLRB in organization campaigns. Bob frequently lectures on labor and employment issues for Institutes and for individual corporate clients. In the public employer sector, Bob provides counsel to numerous community colleges and has been recognized by the National Institute for Staff & Organizational Development, College of Education, the University of Texas, at Austin, for his presentations at its International Conference on Teaching & Leadership Excellence.
