Robert I. Guenthner

guenthner.jpgMr. Guenthner practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, taxation, business, and banking law. He has been involved in numerous business formations, acquisitions and mergers. His extensive experience in banking includes representing buyers and sellers, the formation of holding companies and operating subsidiaries, and representation of clients before state and federal regulatory agencies. Bob has also represented businesses and bank-trustees in connection with industrial revenue bond issues. His services include business and personal tax planning, estate planning, preparation of both simple and complex wills and trusts and administration of large and complex estates and trusts involving agriculture, oil and gas, taxation, business, and banking law. He has also been peer rated as one of the Best Lawyers in America in the areas of estates and trusts and as a Super Lawyer in the states of Kansas and Missouri, also in the areas of estates and trusts.
