James D. Young
 Mr. Young practices in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, banking, labor and employment law, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. His clients range from individuals to large corporations. James is experienced in a wide range of corporate law matters including corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, and general real estate matters. He has represented clients before U.S. District Court of Kansas, U.S. Western District Court of Missouri, and U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
