From the date of the firm’s founding in 1945, Morris, Laing has provided knowledgeable advice and assistance to its clients in the administration of trusts and probate estates. Our experience allows us to administer a small probate estate in a cost-efficient manner. It also provides us with the knowledge to handle multi-million-dollar trusts and estates, including those involved in oil and gas exploration, cattle production, manufacturing, and product distribution. Our knowledge of both estate and income tax law often makes it possible to accomplish significant tax savings for our clients by taking advantage of available post-mortem tax elections.
