Morris, Laing has extensive experience handling class action cases across the country. Attorneys in the firm served as class counsel in a case against Montgomery Ward for failure to pay promised commissions to employees. Robert W. Coykendall of the firm has appeared as co-lead counsel in a nationwide class action against Knights of Columbus; additionally, Mr. Coykendall is substantially involved in other pending class actions, both on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.
