Kristen D. Wheeler

Ms. Wheeler practices in the areas of consumer and mortgage finance law and banking, civil litigation and environmental law. She is a 2006 graduate of Washburn University School of Law, where she earned a Certificate in Natural Resources Law. Kristen served as a Technical Editor for the 2005-2006 Washburn Law Journal. She is the author of "Homeland Security and Environmental Regulation: Balancing Long-Term Environmental Goals with Immediate Security Needs," for which she won the 2006 GNIP-GNOP award for best Washburn Law Journal Note.
