Blanca Greenstein

Blanca Greenstein is the managing attorney of Morris Laing’s Florida office and licensed to practice in the state of Florida.

Ms. Greenstein focuses her practice in the areas of commercial and civil litigation with particular emphasis in the areas of consumer and mortgage finance law.  She also has experience in consumer finance litigation involving the Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and other related consumer finance statutes. She has represented numerous financial institutions in various proceedings, including foreclosure and bankruptcy.  She also has a background in condominium and criminal law.  As a former Public Defender, Ms. Greenstein developed extensive jury trial experience serving as lead counsel in over thirty (30) jury trials.

Ms. Greenstein also served as Senior Counsel for a prominent loan servicer for approximately five years thereby providing her unique experience with regard to national litigation management and effective settlement strategy. She is skilled in litigation process design and process management for corporations.
