Clinton M. Goos

Mr. Goos practices in the areas of energy and natural resource law, administrative law, civil litigation, and general corporate law.  Clint began his practice with the Kansas Corporation Commission, where he served as Assistant General Counsel and Litigation Counsel, focusing exclusively on energy law and policy, as it affects not only the State of Kansas, but also Kansas energy industry members and Kansas landowners.  After joining Morris Laing, Clint has maintained his oil and gas practice, but has also expanded his practice to include general civil litigation, representing clients in personal injury and employment law matters, and general corporate law, advising clients on entity selection, formation, and registration.
