Emily Cassell Docking

Ms. Docking practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, General Corporate Law and Taxation. She has experience preparing basic and complex estate planning documents for estates of all sizes, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney and premarital agreements. Her experience also includes tax planning, business succession planning and the formation of business entities.
